Snowy fall
Snowy fall 2010
This fall isn't that easy for me - everybody is just telling how great skiing is at the moment and posting pics of powder almost everywhere.
Looking at all those pics for sure motivates me for my physiotherapy to get my shoulder stabil again, so no worries at all!
But instead of skiing I really enjoy nature and snow during long walks outside!!!
My new friends!"May I introduce? My new friends - I'll never walk alone." ;-)

As We Are, press release & movie tour „As We Are“ is a celebration of women’s skiing in a male-dominated world of sports where female athletes are notably absent in most ski movies. Austrian freeskier Sandra Lahnsteiner decided to take matters into her own hands and in winter 2009/10 created an all-female ski movie together with Mathias Bergmann, sweetshots productions.Screening of As We Are in LONDONRight the morning after the premiere Pia and I found ourselve again on a plane from Munich to London! AS WE ARE, a girls ski movie presented by Gore-Tex®The past season was definitely a super special one for me as my little idea of getting together with other freeride girls and producing an all girls freeski movie really went big...
photos by Andre Schönherr, Stubai Contest Review At the beginning of the season I didn’t even think about competing in any freeride contest as I was so focused on organizing my girls ski movie project. But then I got a call and received a wild card for the Freeride World Tour Women Stop in Fieberbrunn, one out of 4 events of the World Tour 2010. I was stoked and got nervous at the same time but it was clear then – I would compete this season.... New SponsorI am with

End of January I was judging the North Face Ski Challenge presented by Gore-Tex, the most important competition for younger skiers hoping to break into the circuit. The event promotes all mountain skiing, as each kid competes in both big-mountain freeride and park & pipe freestyle contests. The event also places increased emphasis on avalanche awareness and mountain safety.
