Team Days Europe with FISCHER
FISCHER FREESKI TEAM DAYS EUROPE
It's the first year since 2006 Fischer runs again a new international freeski team with freeride and freestyle athletes from all over the world. I'm super happy to be part of this development as a rider of the international team and additionally as freeride team manager europe.
Together with Sebastian Huber, team manager freestyle, I organized the Freeski Team Days Europe in January. The goal was to bring the whole Fischer freeski family together, the young guns from the new freestyle section, the former White Crest Team, the new riders from the Alps and Neil Williman, Freeride World Tour rider from New Zealand.
In the end, snow conditions and the almost infinite possibilities in the Weisssee glacier area around the Rudolfshütte resulted in a great image collection and 2 video edits, as everyone maximized the possibilities of this time together as a team.
Freeriders as well as freestylers found themselves surrounded by terrain that offered everything from playful pillows and cliffs over big mountain lines to urban jibs next to a storage reservoir normally you have to search through several resorts to find all this stuff. Day after day the riders left the Rudolfshu?tte with photographers Klaus Polzer, Birgar Olsen and Manuel Angstl and returned back with a even broader grin on their faces.
