For the second time after last year I coached a freeride camp just for ladies. I just love to inspire and motivate other girls for freeskiing, to enjoy nature and pow, to push their limits and have their best time of their life. A girls only freeride camp seems to be just the perfect way to get close to that goal...
Stefan Wierer, mountain guide from the Zillertal accompanied my camp for safety reasons AND to be sure to get the BEST powder runs for us ladies! Whenever you go to the Zillertal, be sure to get Stefan as your guide, he definitely knows ALL secret spots! Thanks Stefan!

First shooting days for "Freeride Deluxe" "Freeride Deluxe" is a new freeski film project featuring top european skiers and snowboarders presenting the freeride spots Kitzsteinhorn, St. Anton, Fieberbrunn and Damüls in the movie. As winter in the Alps is just a perfect one so far with this huge amounts of snow hitting Austria since late december on, I have already a couple of good filming days for "Freeride Deluxe". In late December I went to Fieberbrunn to film some deep treeruns together with local freeskier Matthias "Hauni" Haunholder. Last week I was on the Arlberg, two epic days with half a meter of fresh snow, an unexpected pretty stabil snow pack and bluebird. Snowboarder Flo Orley and Hauni and me as the two skiers accompanied by the two filmers Chris Zarfl and Martin Sochor as well as photographer Birgar Olsen just had some perfect days! I love this winter!

Working as athletic and mental coach of alpine ski racing athletes Some may know, besides my own freeskiing I work as a self-employed athletic and mental coach of alpine ski racers. This matches just perfect with my own freeskiing in winter as most of this work is mainly concentrated in the pre-season period between May and November. The first athlete I started working with is Anna Fenninger, who now finally established to be one of Austrian's top alpine ski racing athletes and World Champion 2011. We started to work together already 9 years ago when I was studying sports- & coaching science in Salzburg. Since then we are just a perfect team and I really enjoy to work with her. Within the past 2 years we didn't only concentrate on her individual athletic performance and also integrated working on her mental skills in our training programms. Anna herself says that this was a huge step in increasing her performance in the FIS World Cup races. Read a report of our work on Eurosport.com Additionally to Anna Fenninger I'm the personal athletic coach of Nici Schmidhofer and Mariella Voglreiter, two athletes of the Austrian Ski Federation and I'm working with athletes of the Skihotelfachschule Bad Hofgastein.
